DESCRIPTION:
Ultramax  offers the highest quality industrial Conveyorized Component Washing Machine for component cleaning application, these conveyor parts washers are able to wash, rinse and dry up to your most demanding high volume component cleaning  applications.
The components enter on one side and exit at the other side of the machine. Multiple components are cleaned simultaneously leading to lower cycle time. The machine can be designed as a continuous moving or stop-and-go type machines depending on the application with process washing, Rinsing & Drying. In addition, all cleaning and rinsing solutions are recirculate filtered through chip strainer baskets and fine filtration to ensure a long bath life.
We offer several standard models of Conveyorized Component Washing Machines in different sized conveyor width to meet almost every Conveyor washer spray cleaning application. These Conveyor Spray Washer use environmentally safe aqueous cleaning solutions for component cleaning operations to remove chips, oils, coolants and buffing compound from machined parts, plastic parts and stampings.
Our Conveyorized Component Washing has design features that allow us to custom tailor the specifications to our customer’s requirements. Wash Rinse & dry chamber length, width, height, along with pump capacity and as well as single and multiple lanes can all be tailored to suit the customer’s application

Description :
Our Rotary table washing machines has been developed to provide fast and efficient cleaning of manufactured components. Suitable for parts with simple geometry with batch of small parts loaded on basket or individual big parts on fixtures. In Rotary Table Spray Washers Components would be loaded on Rotary basket, which is rotated by a motor and gearbox arrangement in slow speed. During the rotation, the solution (water along with alkaline) from the tank is pumped with the help of High Pressure pump to wash chamber of Top Loading spray washer  through inline filter multiple and spray nozzles located above, below, and to the sides of the rotary table to attain higher degree of cleaning results. From Rotary Table Washer Wash chamber it drains back to the tank via a basket filter. Spray pressure indicator (Glycerine filled pressure gauge) is provided to monitor the line pressure. Low water level indication and Digital temperature indicator cum controller is provided on the control panel.
The Rotary Component Washing Machine Uses  only hot water and biodegradable Alkaline detergent products – making them good for the environment and good for the operator. Our Rotary Table Component Cleaning Machine designed for fast, effective space saving and economical – high levels of cleanliness can be achieved for low cost and little effort.
